Cancellation policy
Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then 1 nights rental will be charged for stays of 1-6 nights and a 2 night charge for stays of 7+ nights. Once in house if a guest wishes to shorten their stay no refund is given.
Payment procedures
Full payment is due on arrival. All major cards are accepted. The booking is guaranteed by credit or debit card.
Security Deposit (to cover against breakages and damages)
No security deposit is required although an imprint of the client’s credit card will be taken on arrival to cover against any incidental damages

Chelsea is a prestigious area of west central London, England, bounded to the south by the River Thames, where its frontage runs from Chelsea Bridge along the Chelsea Embankment, Cheyne Walk, Lots Road and Chelsea Harbour. Its eastern boundary was once defined by the River Westbourne, which is now in a pipe above Sloane Square tube station. The modern eastern boundary is Chelsea Bridge Road and the lower half of Sloane Street, including Sloane Square. To the north and northwest, the area fades into Knightsbridge and South Kensington, but it is safe to say that the area north of Kings Road as far northwest as Fulham Road is part of Chelsea.
