This luxury two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and forms part of a new urban development. The complex of 30 two bedroom apartments or duplexes has been cleverly created with its own gated and covered parking area and attractive landscaped communal gardens to the front and rear. The Art Deco architecture of the area is reflected by interesting horizontally banded window patterns and two-tone brickwork.
The Piccadilly Line tube at Northfields is on the doorstep, making it just seven stops to Heathrow or thirteen to Leicester Square. There is easy access to A4, M4 and M1 roads. Ealing Broadway is just a short walk through the park or a bus ride away. Free gated parking provided.
Entry to the complex is by video entryphone – then via carpeted communal areas to the front door of the apartment. Double windows flood the large lounge with light. Here two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs provide a comfortable environment in which to relax. Cable TV, video and a DVD/MP3 player are all provided. For the summer months an air conditioning unit situated in the lounge takes care of temperature and humidity. The well designed kitchen with a window and natural light is fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven with hob and extractor - a chance to cook and yet to entertain your guests without missing out on the conversation. An electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster are there as well as all the cutlery, glassware, china and cooking utensils that you could possibly need. Telephone for incoming and outgoing calls – calls are charged. Broadband access via an Ethernet socket or WiFi connections. Public library is also located nearby.
The main bedroom has twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom with WC and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and guests here would use the family bathroom that has WC, wash hand basin and bath with hand held shower. Both bedrooms have pleasant outlooks over the communal rear gardens. The apartment is double-glazed throughout with triple glazing to the front facing rooms.
