Being situated in the historical town of Greenwich, there are so many things to see and do in the area, such as visiting the Albany Theatre, a community arts centre with a tradition of "radical community arts and music" including holding 15 "Rock Against Racism" concerts, The National Maritime Museum, The Royal Observatory, St Alfege Church and many more tourist sites. The area has several themed pubs, including the Dog & Bell which has a reputation for serving a range of cask ales.

Up The Creek – a great venue for comedy nights and for those who like to party, club nights too!
There are a range of restaurants and eateries for all tastes and ages and many cafes, bistros and unique patisseries and bakeries.
With several green spaces in the area, the largest being Brookmill Park, Ferranti Park, and of course the famous Royal Greenwich Park.

Georgian and Victorian architecture dominates in the town centre which spreads to the west of the park and Royal Naval College.

Greenwich Market is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment as well as the art house and Greenwich Cinema. Up the hill, from the centre there are many streets of Georgian houses, including the world's only museum dedicated to fans, the Fan Museum, on Croom's Hill.
Nearby at the junction of Croom's Hill with Nevada Street, is Greenwich Theatre, formerly Crowder's Music Hall - one of two Greenwich theatres, the other being the Greenwich Playhouse.
In addition, this apartment has easy access to Central London with many more tourist attractions and serves the entertainment needs of all ages!

For further entertainment, the flat is sandwiched between the amenities of Woolwich and Greenwich.
Local transport links include North Greenwich Underground Station (Jubilee Line) and Westcombe Park Station (National Rail).

PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit is required immediately to secure the booking. The remainder is due on arrival .
5% discount is applicable if paid in full on booking.
Payment by card are subject to 4% surcharges.
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Card, Switch/Maestro.

Payment options are as follows:
Bank Transfer or a 4% CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE via PayPal. Late payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, unless agreed by the owner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Deposit: Up to 41 days prior to the arrival date of the agreed rental price.
Refundable Deposit: If cancelled 42 days prior to the arrival date or more: 50% refund of the agreed rental price.
‘No shoẃs’ will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Arrival Details: (Check-in from 2 pm) Earlier check-in time is subject to an additional £100 fee.

Departure details (check-out prior to 11 am)
£100.00 will be deducted from the security deposit for unaproved late check-outs.

*The rental price includes WI-FI, cable TV, all bills, linen and towels.

PAYMENT DUE ON ARRIVAL
£140.00 damage deposit refundable on departure. This is for any outstanding telephone calls or damage to the property or contents. In addition there is a £60 exit cleaning fee.

All prices in GBP to be paid on collection up to 7 persons with one piece of luggage per person. Other destinations available on request.. i.e. International Train Stations and Ferry Ports.

£100 will be deducted from the deposit for unauthorised late check outs.
