Recently refurbished studios in the heart of Watford are now available for short or long term stays. Featuring wood flooring, leather furniture and glass top tables. All studios have double beds, fully fitted kitchens and en-suite shower rooms. Extra single beds can be provided. All rooms are non smoking.We hope to make your stay a home from home experience.A laundry room is available for use by guests, as are the communal gardens.

Only two minutes from the Harlequin shopping centre, and many restaurants, bars and clubs. The Palace Theatre and Watford football ground are also only a few minutes walk. Watford railway station (18 minutes to Euston Station in London) is a short walk. Junction 5 of the M1 (20 minutes from London) and Junction 19 of the M25 are both only a five minute drive. Both Heathrow and Luton airports are about a 20 minute drive. We can arrange airport pick ups with our regular drivers at a competitive price.
Booking Policy:
Credit or debit card is required in order to make a reservation. The full amount (non-refundable) will be charged by the property at the time of reservation.
Long stays (min 1 month): payment can be settled partly in advance, subject to management discretion.
Card surcharges:
Visa/ Mastercard: 2.50%; Amex: 4.5%; Delta/Maestro/Solo: no surcharge.
Cards Accepted: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit, Maestro, Switch/Solo, diners card.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation or No Show, the pre-paid amount at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
