Office Hours
Our office opens at 9:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm daily (including weekends).
Emergency numbers are provided in each flat in case you need to contact us when the office is closed for any valid pressing issues.
Late Arrivals
If you plan to arrive after 10:00 pm please notify the property immediately! We require at least a 24-hour notice as we need to arrange for a member of our staff to wait for you.
Arrivals between 10:00 pm and midnight are subject to £20.00 service fee payable in cash on arrival.
Every started hour after midnight will be charged £10.00 extra.
Weekly Maid Service and Fresh Towels
Our guests receive a full service every 7 days including a change of linens and general cleaning.
A change of fresh towels is given every 3-4 days.
Additional cleaning can be scheduled at an extra charge with a 24-hour advance notice.
Internet Service
We provide high speed internet wireless internet service in our flats at an additional charge.
Some flats have the option as using an Ethernet cable connection as well.
A limited number of Ethernet cables is available from the office on a first-come first-serve basis at £10.00 deposit.
The internet service is payable per computer as follows
1-day voucher £5.00
7-day voucher £15.00
30-day voucher £30.00
Satellite TV
Most of our flats have around 400 satellite TV channels for you to enjoy!
Luggage Storage
Whereas check-in starts at 2:00 pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage as early as 9:00 am on the day you arrive.
Please make sure you come back to complete your check-in before 10:00 pm!
Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in ONLY.
Please note that we do not have the facilities to store luggage after check-out.
If you need to leave your luggage with us after you leave
we may be able to do that at a fee of £20.00.

Laundry Services
Our buildings are equipped with laundry rooms for tenant use only. The laundry machines and drying machines are coin-operated.
Booking policy
Each booking is subject to £100.00 advance deposit which is deducted from the balance payable at the property. This charge is non-refundable, and will be deducted form the total bill only after arrival.
Payments can be made by cash, travelers’ cheques, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is subject to a 3% surcharge.
Booking cancellation
Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 5 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100 GBP(nonrefundable deposit)
Cancellation 29 to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 5 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Before arrival: 50 % of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Reducing the number of nights:
◦Over 15 days prior to arrival: 15 GBP/NIGHT (admin fee) 1 to 15 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of 1 night's price/NIGHT.
