APARTMENT LAYOUT
Two bed/1 bath apartment: This stylish flat is fully furnished and has 2 double bedrooms and all the amenities needed to ensure your comfort. The living room invites you to relax on the sofa (or sofa-bed) while watching TV or surfing the internet. An open kitchen and a balcony where you can have a glass of wine with your companions.
Two bed/2 bath apartment:This large two bedroom superior apartment has two separate bedrooms. Both master bedroom and second bedroom contains standard double bed. In the living room there is unfoldable double sofa beds for 20 GBP extra charge per person per night, to accommodate 5th and 6th person. For your even higher comfort there are two fully fitted bathrooms in the apartment.
Three bedroom apartment: Big and well laid out, and cozily sleeping up to a maximum of 10 holiday-makers, this three bedroom flat will be enjoyed by groups of more than 2. An elevator is available to assist you to the fourth storey. The apartment has three bedrooms, living room with 2 x sofa-beds, two bathrooms. This apartment sleeps up to 10 travellers but please make sure of the bed configuration as some guests may prefer to sleep together.

Card details is required at the time of booking as guarantee. The payment is made in full upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
BOOKING TERMS DURING OLYMPICS
Minimum stay restrictions: 4 nights (within period of 24/7/12 – 15/8/12)

Advance payment: To confirm reservations we will need 50% non-refundable prepayment AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation:
Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please note the cancellation fee is counted with respect to the initially booked arrival date and not to the date of the cancelled days.
Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.
In individual cases and depending on the agreement with the property owner, the above rules can be negotiable.
Cancellation during the stay is not possible.
For clients paying the rest of payment in cash – total needs to be paid by bank transfer at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please make sure, the reservation ID is used as a payment reference!

There is plenty to see, and more than a little to do; in fact, these apartments are just a short walk from the famous Borough Market, a 'must-see' tourist destination. Tower Bridge, one of London's most recognizable monuments, is only a ten minute walk from our London Bridge Serviced Apartments. Also within walking distance, the Bermondsey Square Antiques Market is treasure trove for history hunters. For travellers unfamiliar with the twisted, guilty pleasure of British fun, head down the road for the London Dungeon. Although aimed at kids, this is wholesome family entertainment of the horrible histories. |
