Extra sofa-bed for the 4th person in one bedroom apartments is charged at £20.00/ night. The existing sofa-bed can only accommodate 1 adult or 2 children under 12 y.o.
*Additional hours(if available) will be charged on a half-day basis.
Optional: Continental Breakfast offered in the room at £7.00 per person per day.
Payment/ Booking
Bookings are guaranteed by credit card. The full payment will be taken upon arrival.
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club)or cash and travellers cheques in GB Sterling.
An extra £20 is payable for the third person in the studio apartment only (over 5 years old) or for the 4th person in one bedroom apartment (over 12 years old).
Cancellation Policy
Presidential Apartments need to be advised two weeks prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.
No-Show charges:
1-6 nights stay: 3 nights charge
7 nights and more: 5 nights charge
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival. |

Kensington High Street is one of western Londons most popular shopping streets, with upmarket shops serving a wealthy area. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London.
South Kensington, an area the offers a fascinating combination of fashionable modern London life and stately, grandiloquent Victorian architecture. A dazzling array of boutiques and restaurants is set amidst the great landmarks of the Science Museum, Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Albert Memorial . The museums have been used as elegant back-drops for events such as London Fashion Week, and outdoor exhibitions.
Chelsea is a prestigious area of west central London, England, bounded to the south by the River Thames, where its frontage runs from Chelsea Bridge along the Chelsea Embankment, Cheyne Walk, Lots Road and Chelsea Harbour. Its eastern boundary was once defined by the River Westbourne, which is now in a pipe above Sloane Square tube station. The modern eastern boundary is Chelsea Bridge Road and the lower half of Sloane Street, including Sloane Square. To the north and northwest, the area fades into Knightsbridge and South Kensington, but it is safe to say that the area north of Kings Road as far northwest as Fulham Road is part of Chelsea.
