Bookings are guaranteed by credit card. The full payment will be taken upon arrival.

An extra £20 is payable for the third person in the studio apartment only (over 5 years old).
Cancellation Policy
Presidential Apartments need to be advised two weeks prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.
