Rates are inclusive of maid service, VAT and Wi-Fi. Sofa-bed for the 4th person/adult can be provided in the one bedroom apartment at £20.00/ night
*Additional hours - if available - will be charged on a half-day basis.
Payment/ Booking
Bookings are guaranteed by credit or debit card. The full payment will be taken upon arrival by card or cash (GBP).
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club),cash and travellers cheques in GB Sterling.
An extra £20 is payable for the third person in the studio apartment only (over 5 years old). The one bedroom apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 or 3 adults. The 4th adult will be charged at £20/ night (extra sofa-bed).
Cancellation Policy
Presidential Apartments need to be advised two weeks prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.
Location
George Street lies in the heart of the West End in the postcode London W1. It runs parallel to Oxford Street from Edgware Road through Gloucester Place and Baker Street into Thayer Street.
George Street, whose existence was first recorded in 1787, also has intersections with Seymour Place, Great Cumberland Place and Manchester Street, where a number of 18th century buildings remain today.
Presidential Serviced Apartments Marylebone is in Travel Zone 1 close to the excellent bus and London Underground services of Edgware Road, Baker Street and Marylebone Road.
Marble Arch Underground Station, which provides Central line services to destinations including Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations, stands 500m south-west of George Street, while Bond Street Underground Station can be found 500m south-east on Oxford Street. |

Baker Street is a street in the Marylebone district of the City of Westminster in London. Baker St is a busy thoroughfare. It runs south from Regents Park, the intersection with Park Road, parallel to Gloucester Place, intersecting Marylebone Road, York Street, Portman Square and Wigmore Street. At the intersection with Wigmore St, Baker St turns into Orchard Street, which ends when it intersects with Oxford Street. The street is served by the London Underground by Baker Street tube station; next to the station is Transport for Londons lost property office. Baker Street Station is the worlds first underground station. |
