The stylishly furnished, brand new apartments are all located in a modern building in one of the most desired districts of London. Each of the Regent’s Park apartments is nicely furnished with a spacious living room area combined with a small kitchen corner supplied with a complete set of amenities and a washing machine, fridge, a microwave above that. The building is composed of 7 two bedroom apartments, 2 one bedrooms, 3 apartments with three bedrooms and a studio. Therefore, they are an excellent option for big groups of travelers who are not willing to split their company. In each living room you will find a TV set, DVD player and a comfortable sofa put there in case our guests prefer to relax indoors. The building is situated in the vicinity of many popular tourist destinations including the Regent’s Park or Primrose Hill Park that offers magnificent views of Westminster and the City. The Regent’s Park belongs to the renowned Royal Parks where public access used to be forbidden - now their gates are open every day allowing the visitors to admire the magnificent villas, play golf or watch the Open Air Theatre shows. The nearby Camden High Street is famous for its colorful street markets while the closest metro station is just a few steps away, should you decide to visit places situated a little further. If you are too tired to cook after a long day of sightseeing, there are many excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.

Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.

Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation:
Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please note the cancellation fee is counted with respect to the initially booked arrival date and not to the date of the cancelled days.
Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.
In individual cases and depending on the agreement with the property owner, the above rules can be negotiable.
Cancellation during the stay is not possible.
For clients paying the rest of payment in cash – total needs to be paid by bank transfer at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please make sure, the reservation ID is used as a payment reference!
All apartments are located within minutes to walk to the nearest tube station.
