Cancellation policy
1-13 nights: Cancellations possible free of charge until 12pm on the day of arrival else one night charge will apply.
14-90 nights(2 weeks – 3 months): 8 days prior to arrival– no charge; 7 days and less to arrival– 7 nights cancellation fee.
Booking policy
A credit/debit card is required to guarantee your apartment. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
Payment
Full payment is required upon arrival at reception. For payments by credit card and international debit cards there is a surcharge of 2%, whilst UK debit card or bank transfer is free.

Bayswater is an area of west London in the City of Westminster. It is a built-up district located west north-west of Charing Cross and borders the north of Hyde Park over Kensington Gardens. Bayswater is one of London's most cosmopolitan areas, with the significant diversity of the local population added to by having one of London's highest concentration of hotels.
