Cancellation policy
*Bookings 1–13 nights: Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hrs prior to arrival else one night charge will apply (deposit will not be refunded).
*Bookings 14–90 nights(2 weeks – 3 months): 8 days prior to arrival– no charge; 7 days and less to arrival– 7 nights cancellation fee.
Booking/ Payment policy
A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will be charged one night at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be settled upon arrival by card or cash.
For payments by credit card and international debit cards there is a surcharge of 2%, whilst UK debit card or bank transfer is free.

Bayswater is an area of west London in the City of Westminster. It is a built-up district located west north-west of Charing Cross and borders the north of Hyde Park over Kensington Gardens. Bayswater is one of London most cosmopolitan areas, with the significant diversity of the local population added to by having one of London highest concentration of hotels. Architecturally, the biggest part of the area is made up of Georgian stucco terraces and garden squares, mostly, although not exclusively, divided up into flats.
Whether you are visiting on holiday or business, there is a wide choice of areas all within easy walking distance, and there is a wide selection of public transport, and underground lines.
Queensway, only round the corner, is the perfect destination for shops, restaurants and cinemas, or head to trendy Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove for hip shops and cafes. The famous Portobello Road market is also nearby, with its combination of exquisite antiques and cutting-edge fashion.
