Weekly Maid Service and Fresh Towels
Our guests receive a full service every 7 days including a change of linens and general cleaning.
A change of fresh towels is given every 3-4 days.
Additional cleaning can be scheduled at an extra charge with a 24-hour advance notice.
Internet Service
We provide high speed internet wireless internet service in our flats at an additional charge.
Some flats have the option as using an Ethernet cable connection as well.
A limited number of Ethernet cables is available from the office on a first-come first-serve basis at £10.00 deposit.
The internet service is payable per computer as follows
1-day voucher £5.00 ;7-day voucher £15.00 ;30-day voucher £30.00
Satellite TV
Most of our flats have around 400 satellite TV channels for you to enjoy!
Luggage Storage
Whereas check-in starts at 2:00 pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage as early as 9:00 am on the day you arrive.
Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in ONLY.
Please note that we do not have the facilities to store luggage after check-out.
If you need to leave your luggage with us after you leave
we may be able to do that at a fee of £20.00.
Laundry Services
Our buildings are equipped with laundry rooms for tenant use only. The laundry machines and drying machines are coin-operated.
Booking policy
Each booking is subject to £100.00 advance deposit which is deducted from the balance payable at the property. This charge is non-refundable, and will be deducted form the total bill upon arrival.
Payments can be made by cash,bank transfers (1 month in advance), travelers’ cheques, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by Credit or Debit card is subject to a 3% surcharge.
Booking cancellation
-Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 5 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100 GBP(nonrefundable deposit)
Cancellation 29 to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
-Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 5 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Before arrival: 50 % of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge
Reducing the number of nights:
◦Over 15 days prior to arrival: 15 GBP/NIGHT (admin fee) 1 to 15 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of 1 night's price/NIGHT.
Cancellation policy for the Olympic period (25 July 2012 - 13 August 2012):
An advance purchase rate and a credit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note this cancellation policy is valid from 25 of July 2012 until 13 of August 2012.

Hyde Park Suites Paddington is located in the heart of London, just a few minutes walk from the famous Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and is surrounded by the following main underground stations, all within a few minutes walk.
•Bayswater and Queensway - Both located on Queensway - the High Street of the Bayswater area, where you can find lots of different ethnic restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and the beautiful Whiteley's shopping centre.
•Paddington - Where you can take the Heathrow Express - a train service that brings you to and from Heathrow airport in just 15 minutes.
•Lancaster Gate - Just one stop away from Marble Arch - where Oxford St. begins.
Bus services to all parts of London depart from these stations 24Hrs a day.
With many trendy bars, pubs and restaurants in the area you can go out and enjoy yourself without the need to go far. Popular tourist spots like Oxford street, Baker street, Notting Hill and Portobello market are all within walking distance or a short bus ride, and with four underground stations and several bus stops near us.

The nearest underground station is Queensway or Bayswater. Both are literally a few minutes away.

Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington station.
Heathrow Express departs every 15 minutes.
Average journey time is 15 minutes (allow eight more minutes to and from Terminal 4).
Prices vary from £15.50 to £17.50 for a single fare.

1.Take the Heathrow Connect train to Paddington station which is slightly slower than the Heathrow Express and stops a few times on the way.

Bayswater is an area of west London in the City of Westminster. It is a built-up district located west north-west of Charing Cross and borders the north of Hyde Park over Kensington Gardens. Bayswater is one of London most cosmopolitan areas, with the significant diversity of the local population added to by having one of London highest concentration of hotels. Architecturally, the biggest part of the area is made up of Georgian stucco terraces and garden squares, mostly, although not exclusively, divided up into flats.
Whether you are visiting on holiday or business, there is a wide choice of areas all within easy walking distance, and there is a wide selection of public transport, and underground lines.
Queensway, only round the corner, is the perfect destination for shops, restaurants and cinemas, or head to trendy Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove for hip shops and cafes. The famous Portobello Road market is also nearby, with its combination of exquisite antiques and cutting-edge fashion.
The peace of Hyde Park is only a 5 minute walk away, along with National sites such as the Serpentine Gallery, Princess Dianas Memorial Park, and Marble Arch which leads to Oxford Street with its famous department stores.
For easy travelling, Paddington Station is a 10 minute walk and Heathrow Airport is just 15 minutes away via the Heathrow Express train. |
