The apartments have luxury and modern furnishing with fully equipped kitchen, good size double bed, dining table, colour TV, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The rate includes weekly maid service, bills, local taxes and Wi-Fi plus FREE use of the property's brand new gym.
* Visitors can stay free of charge on a short term basis (max 1 week). Each unit has a double sofa-bed.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice required 30 days prior to arrival else thirty nights charge. Guaranteed by credit card.
Security Deposit (Payable directly at Roland House):
One month security deposit will be requested before or on arrival. Refund within 1 week after departure if no damage.
Booking policy
A credit/debit card is required to guarantee your apartment. Your card will be then be charged at the time of booking one week rent (non-refundable if cancelled).
The balance is required in full up to 1 week prior to arrival (part payments are accepted only by prior arrangement). For payments by credit card and international debit cards there is a surcharge of 2%, whilst UK debit card or bank transfer is free.
Accepted credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch.
Travel
Tube/ Train: Roland House is only a minutes walk from South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations , both ideally placed on the Cirlce, District and Piccadilly lines.
Airport: All London Airports can be easily reached via Tube or Rail services. If you require an airport transfer, the Reception staff will be happy to arrange this for you.
Buses: The route 74 & C1 run from South Kensington through to areas such Oxford Street and parts of the West End and Earls Court/Olympia, with the nearest bus stop just 1 minute walk from the Roland House. |

Kensington High Street is one of western Londons most popular shopping streets, with upmarket shops serving a wealthy area. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London.
South Kensington, an area the offers a fascinating combination of fashionable modern London life and stately, grandiloquent Victorian architecture. A dazzling array of boutiques and restaurants is set amidst the great landmarks of the Science Museum, Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Albert Memorial . The museums have been used as elegant back-drops for events such as London Fashion Week, and outdoor exhibitions.
Chelsea is a prestigious area of west central London, England, bounded to the south by the River Thames, where its frontage runs from Chelsea Bridge along the Chelsea Embankment, Cheyne Walk, Lots Road and Chelsea Harbour. Its eastern boundary was once defined by the River Westbourne, which is now in a pipe above Sloane Square tube station. The modern eastern boundary is Chelsea Bridge Road and the lower half of Sloane Street, including Sloane Square. To the north and northwest, the area fades into Knightsbridge and South Kensington, but it is safe to say that the area north of Kings Road as far northwest as Fulham Road is part of Chelsea.
