Payment/Deposit:
The payment is made in full 14 days prior to arrival by card or by bank transfer.
Card Surcharges: Payment by credit cards and Switch card are subject to a surcharge of 2%. Amex: 4%
Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in from 2pm ; Check-out by 12pm.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.
-For stays of 1–6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.
-For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be informed that this is not cancellable and that full payment for the period booked will be charged.
Olympic Bookings 25/07- 14/08:
Discounted rates offered on enquiry . Full payment is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable should you wish to cancel.
